Submission files will be retained by Sponsor and will not be returned to the Entrant.
Q9: Who owns the rights to the Submission? A9: Entrant represents and warrants that they own the rights to the Submission and have full authority to submit it to the Competition.
Q10: Are there any restrictions on the content of Submissions? A10: Yes, Submissions must not contain inappropriate, indecent, discriminatory, or unlawful material, and must not violate the rights of others or contain damaging computer code.
